Are you looking for ways to build emotional resilience? To discover balance? To embrace change?

Led by our experienced therapist Len, this 2-hour workshop will introduce you to Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) a powerful approach to improving emotional regulation, managing difficult feelings, navigating life’s challenges. DBT also supports us in embracing the joyful moments life offers helping us to remain present, connected and grounded in what matters.

What you'll discover:

  • What is DBT, and how it can be useful with supporting your emotional journey.
  • The core skills of DBT Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
  • The benefits of DBT for managing difficult emotions, unhelpful thoughts, finding balance, and understanding the benefits of being supported.
  • What to expect in our 13-week DBT Skills group and whether it’s right for you.

Cost: £100 (which is taken off the total cost of the 13-week DBT Skills Group if you sign-up to the full course)

Initial enquiry
Speak to an experienced team member for a telephone consultation so we can understand the nature of your situation. They can explain how we work and will pull together a proposal for how PBH can help.

Book & pay online
Sign-up and secure your spot by paying for your place online. We keep our groups and workshops small to ensure everyone who attends benefits. If you can’t sign-up online it means the event is full.

Attend your event
Attend the group or workshop on the indicated day. Groups in particular benefit regular attendance. If it doesn’t suit you or you’re not enjoying cancel at any time, no long-term commitment required although maximum benefit is achieved through regular attendance.

You’ll meet the team working with you and chart a plan to help tackle the problems you are facing. The length of time you work with us will be driven by you and your needs – we will support you every step of the way.
